Project Manager for Construction Company

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in construction project coordination.
• Strongly preferred: experience handling multi-story buildings of at least 4 floors.
• Experience with projects involving elevators/lifts and MEP systems is highly preferred.
• Experience in residential, apartment, hotel, villa, or commercial construction projects.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, project coordination, and site operations.
• Able to coordinate effectively between Project Manager, Site Team, Engineers, Consultants, Contractors, and Suppliers.
• Able to read and understand architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
• Good understanding of project schedules, progress monitoring, and construction documentation.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken, is required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Experience with project management or scheduling software is an advantage.
• Willing to conduct regular site visits and coordinate with project teams.
• Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities :

• Coordinate daily activities between the office team, Project Manager, Site Manager, consultants, and contractors.
• Monitor project progress, schedule, manpower, materials, and site requirements.
• Coordinate architectural, structural, MEP, and lift/elevator works to ensure proper integration.
• Follow up on project schedules and identify potential delays or coordination issues.
• Review drawings, technical documents, and site requirements before work execution.
• Coordinate with consultants and contractors regarding design changes, technical issues, and site conditions.
• Monitor and follow up on material procurement and delivery to ensure work progresses according to schedule.
• Prepare and maintain project reports, meeting minutes, progress updates, and other project documentation.
• Assist the Project Manager in monitoring project costs, variations, and additional works.
• Conduct regular site visits and report project conditions and issues to management.
• Ensure communication and information flow between the office and project site is clear and properly documented.
• Assist with inspections, testing, commissioning, and project handover.
• Support the Project Manager in ensuring the project is completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
