Job description for Project Manager (Financial/ Banking) at PT Unilabel Pakindo Jaya
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an IT Project Manager, Project Coordinator, or PMO in the banking, switching, payment, fintech, or regulatory industry.
- Experienced in managing system implementation and integration projects involving multi-stakeholders and vendors.
- Possess strong coordination skills with internal, external, and regulatory stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of SDLC (Waterfall/Agile), Project Governance, Risk & Issue Management, Change Management, as well as implementation through Go-Live.
- Good understanding of API Integration, SIT, UAT, deployment, and production rollout.
- Proficient in developing and managing project plans, timelines, RAID Logs, action trackers, and project progress reports.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams concurrently within the defined timeline, quality, and scope.
- Possess excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
