Job Description:
- End-to-End Delivery: Lead the planning and implementation of cybersecurity projects (e.g., SOC setups, GRC implementations, penetration testing, and IAM deployments).
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, translating "tech-speak" into clear business value.
- Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify project bottlenecks and security risks, ensuring high-quality delivery without scope creep.
- Resource Coordination: Manage cross-functional teams of security engineers, analysts, and consultants.
- Reporting: Maintain detailed project documentation and provide regular progress updates to executive leadership.
Job Requirements:
- 2–3 years of proven experience managing cybersecurity service delivery projects.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST and ISO 27001, as well as common security service lifecycles.
- Proficient in project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum and/or Waterfall) and tools such as Jira, Asana, or Microsoft Project.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, CISM, or CISSP are a plus.
