Job description for Project Manager (Creative Service) at Bolehdicobadigital

Responsibilities:

  • Leading the creative production team allocated to the project, defining main guidelines, allocating project tasks, motivating and monitoring internal and external resources to accomplish all tasks and milestones.
  • Monitor all client performance to ensure it meets goals/KPIs.
  • Manage the timeline and deliverables on its places.
  • Create and maintain relationships with Clients to better understand and achieve their needs.
  • Oversee the creation and production of high-quality content, ensuring it aligns with the company's brand and messaging.
  • Manage Reporting to clients regularly.

Requirements:

  • Min. Working Experience 1-2 Years With Similar Fields.
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to plan, organize, and execute projects from initiation to completion.
  • A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach and strong communication skills.
  • Ability to establish strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients.
  • Understand and keep up to date with various industries and competitive landscape knowledge
  • Excellent client-centricity skills.
  • Dynamic worker with day-to-day schedule that is constantly changing.
  • Adept in using analytical tools
  • Ability to work under pressure and with tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Ability to work in Bandung (Hybrid) & to travel frequently.
