Responsibilities:
- Leading the creative production team allocated to the project, defining main guidelines, allocating project tasks, motivating and monitoring internal and external resources to accomplish all tasks and milestones.
- Monitor all client performance to ensure it meets goals/KPIs.
- Manage the timeline and deliverables on its places.
- Create and maintain relationships with Clients to better understand and achieve their needs.
- Oversee the creation and production of high-quality content, ensuring it aligns with the company's brand and messaging.
- Manage Reporting to clients regularly.
Requirements:
- Min. Working Experience 1-2 Years With Similar Fields.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to plan, organize, and execute projects from initiation to completion.
- A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach and strong communication skills.
- Ability to establish strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients.
- Understand and keep up to date with various industries and competitive landscape knowledge
- Excellent client-centricity skills.
- Dynamic worker with day-to-day schedule that is constantly changing.
- Adept in using analytical tools
- Ability to work under pressure and with tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Ability to work in Bandung (Hybrid) & to travel frequently.
