Kualifikasi Project Manager Telekomunikasi

1. Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 Teknik Elektronika, Teknik Telekomunikasi, Teknik Komputer, Informatika (IT), atau jurusan yang relevan.

2. Memiliki pengalaman sebagai Manager di bidang telekomunikasi, khususnya proyek Fiber Optic (FO) dan BTS.

3. Memiliki pengalaman dalam implementasi pekerjaan BTS, meliputi:

New Site
Upgrade
Dismantle
Relocation

4. Memahami teknologi jaringan 2G dan 4G, termasuk sistem multiband frequency.

5. Memahami tahapan proses implementasi proyek BTS, meliputi:

Persiapan material dan tim
Pelaksanaan instalasi dan dismantle
Proses acceptance
Proses BAUT/BAST

6. Berpengalaman memimpin dan mengoordinasikan Koordinator, Quality Control (QC), Document Controller (DC), serta tim teknisi di beberapa wilayah atau region.

7. Memahami pembuatan progress tracker pekerjaan serta penyusunan laporan proyek untuk customer dan manajemen internal.

8. Memiliki kemampuan kepemimpinan, komunikasi, koordinasi, dan problem-solving yang baik.

9. Bersedia menangani cakupan wilayah kerja Jabodetabek.

10. Memiliki kemampuan mengelola operasional proyek dan memastikan pencapaian target, kualitas, serta timeline pekerjaan.
