Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to oversee the development and construction of Khastana Luxury Villas Ubud. The Project Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of the project, working closely with our team of professionals to deliver a world-class luxury villa experience. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a prestigious project and contribute to the growth and success of Tiara Hana Indonesia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all aspects of the project, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
- Collaborate closely with the site supervisor and construction team to ensure adherence to project timelines, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers to facilitate communication and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during the construction process.
- Monitor project progress, track budgetary performance, and implement cost-effective measures to optimize project efficiency.
- Conduct regular site inspections to assess workmanship, safety compliance, and quality control, taking corrective action as necessary.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, permits, change orders, and progress reports.
- Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, milestones, and key deliverables.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in luxury real estate development, with a strong track record of successful project delivery.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Sound knowledge of construction principles, techniques, and best practices, with a keen eye for detail and quality.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools, with the ability to effectively manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.
- Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and permitting processes in Bali, Indonesia.
