Job Description
BK STUDIO is looking for a proactive and experienced Project Manager (Architect & Interior) to oversee and coordinate the planning, execution and delivery of architectural and interior design projects. This role requires strong leadership, time management, and communication skills to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with the client’s vision and quality expectations.
Responsibilities
• Lead, plan and manage architectural and interior design projects from concept through to completion
• Coordinate and communicate with internal teams, clients, consultants, and contractors
• Prepare and manage project timelines, deliverables, and budgets
• Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with design goals, technical standards, and client requirements
• Oversee on-site implementation and resolve any design or construction issues
• Review drawings, specifications, and material selections to ensure quality and feasibility
• Ensure all documentation and permits are completed and submitted as required
• Maintain clear communication and follow-up across all project stakeholders
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in project management in architecture/interior projects
• Strong understanding of architectural and interior design processes, drawings and technical details
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including with clients, consultants and vendors
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Detail-oriented, solution-driven and committed to high standards.
