Job description for Project Management at PT Bernofarm Pharmaceutical
We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Project Management to lead and coordinate project execution while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within quality standards, and in accordance with approved specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee project administration, including documentation, reporting, and project records.
- Coordinate building maintenance activities to ensure facilities remain safe, reliable, and operational.
- Ensure projects are executed in compliance with approved specifications, quality standards, budgets, and project schedules.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions to achieve project objectives.
- Analyze project issues and provide practical, effective solutions to ensure smooth project execution.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Lead, guide, and support the project team to achieve operational excellence and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Management or a similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Project for project planning, scheduling, and monitoring.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, motivate, and develop project teams.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Demonstrates integrity, discipline, accountability, and a proactive work attitude.
- Able to delegate tasks effectively while ensuring timely resolution of project-related issues.
