Job description for Project Management at PT CLoud Ace Integra
We are looking for a highly motivated IT Project Management (PM) with 3–5 years of experience to lead and manage Google Cloud (GCP) and AI-driven projects. You will play a key role in delivering solutions such as cloud migration, application modernization, data platforms, and AI / Generative AI initiatives.
This role requires strong leadership, a solid understanding of cloud and AI concepts, and excellent communication in English, as you will collaborate with both local and international stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of GCP and AI projects (e.g., cloud migration, data platforms, AI / Gen AI solutions)
- Plan, estimate, and manage projects to ensure delivery within scope, timeline, cost, and quality
- Manage project lifecycle using Agile / Scrum methodologies
- Monitor progress and provide regular reporting to stakeholders
- Identify and manage risks in cloud and AI implementation
- Coordinate with engineers, data teams, and architects to ensure alignment with GCP architecture and AI solutions
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders
- Maintain project documentation (project plan, scope, timeline, architecture alignment)
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in IT Project Management
- Strong understanding of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) concepts:
- Compute, storage, networking, and security
- Exposure to data platforms and AI services
- Basic understanding of AI / Machine Learning / Generative AI concepts
- Experience managing software or cloud-based projects
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications (Strong Advantage)
- Experience as a System Analyst (requirement gathering, system design, business process mapping)
- Hands-on or project exposure to GCP services (e.g., BigQuery, Vertex AI, Cloud Run, GKE)
- Experience in AI / Data / Gen AI projects (chatbot, recommendation system, automation, etc.)
- Familiarity with data pipelines and analytics workflows
- Agile / Scrum experience
Certification such as:
- Google Cloud Certification (Associate / Professional)
- AI / ML certification
- PMP / Scrum Master
