Job Description:
- Assist the Project Manager in managing SAP implementation projects from planning to go-live.
- Support the preparation and monitoring of project timelines, progress reports, and project documentation.
- Assist in tracking project risks, issues, and change requests throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support project meetings (kick-off, weekly meetings, UAT, etc.), including preparing minutes of meeting and follow-up action items.
- Ensure project activities are aligned with the defined scope, timeline, and quality standards.
- Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities and related documentation.
- Provide administrative and reporting support for project management activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Management or other related disciplines
- Having 1 year experience in Project Management Office (PMO), Project Coordination or Internship in IT, SAP, or Project Management is a plus
- Basic knowledge of SAP Project Management concept
- Profiecient in Microsoft Officer (Excel, Word, PPT, Ms. Project)
- Able to create and design professional corporate presentations (PowerPoint) with clear, visually appealing, and business-oriented layouts.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
- Good coordination and communication skills
- Well-organized, detail oriented, and proactive attitude
