Kualifikasi :

- Pendidikan minimal Sarjana S1 dari jurusan Manajemen, Ilmu Komputer, Sistem Informasi atau bidang terkait.

- Memiliki pengalaman 1–3 tahun di bidang Project Management, PMO, Operation, atau posisi yang relevan.

- Memiliki kemampuan project planning, monitoring progress, reporting, dan koordinasi lintas departemen.

- Menguasai Microsoft Office, terutama Excel dan PowerPoint, serta mampu mengolah dan menyajikan data proyek.

- Memiliki sertifikasi PMP sebagai nilai tambah

- Mampu bekerja dengan deadline dan multiple projects.

- Mampu berkomunikasi dengan berbagai level stakeholder.

- Memiliki kemampuan penguasaan Banking Product and Project lebih diutamakan.
