Sales Catalyst (MidLab's partner) is currently looking for a Project Management Officer to plan, coordinate, and oversee projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery, resource alignment, and measurable outcomes across the organization.
Job Description
- Oversee end-to-end project execution. Ensuring all deliverables are on track, timelines are met, and key milestones are communicated to stakeholders.
- Manage client-facing communication by preparing Minutes of Meeting (MoM), reminders, and follow-up documentation after every touchpoint.
- Conduct periodic project evaluations and measure client satisfaction to assess outcomes and areas for improvement.
- Support the execution of ad hoc project initiatives by coordinating with internal teams and ensuring smooth hand-offs between stakeholders.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 1 – 2 years of experience in project management or coordination roles. Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome.
- Demonstrated interest in sales, marketing, and business development.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and build rapport with clients
- Able to operate independently in a hybrid work setup.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, especially Google Sheets, Docs, and Slides.
