What Will You Need
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a PMO, Project Coordinator, or similar role.
• Familiar with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid project methodologies.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools (Jira, ClickUp, Microsoft Project, Trello, etc.).
• Have certificate Project Management Ready (PMR) or Project Management Institute (PMI)
• Strong communication, coordination, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Experience in IT or System Integration projects is a plus.
What Will You Do
• Develop Project management flow process based on scope of work project
• Coordinate project execution to ensure timelines, scope, and deliverables are achieved.
• Monitor project progress, risks, and project documentation.
• Prepare project reports and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and vendors throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support project planning, scheduling, and administrative activities.
