Project Management Officer (PMO)

Middle Level (IT Project) - Full Time

Responsibilities

> Manage project governance, documentation, and reporting.

> Track project progress, milestones, and deliverables.

> Coordinate with IT teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.

> Identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and propose mitigation plans.

> Ensure compliance with project management standards and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).

> Prepare and present project status reports to management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in computer science, information technology or related field.

• 3–5 years of experience as an IT Project Manager, with proven experience managing ERP implementation projects, especially for Finance & Accounting.

• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, PMBOK).

• Strong knowledge in Software Designis preferable.

• Familiarity with IT project lifecycle (development, testing, deployment, support).

• Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Confluence, Trello).

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Certification (PMP, PRINCE2, CAPM) is a plus.

• Willing to work from the office.
