Job description for Project Management Office at PT Trees Solutions
Key Responsibilities:
- Document Management: Organize, store, and maintain project documents, including contracts, reports, presentations, and related data.
- Administrative Coordination: Schedule meetings, prepare meeting materials, and distribute meeting minutes.
- Operational Support: Provide administrative support to PMO team members, such as travel arrangements, office supplies, and equipment.
- Data Management: Collect, input, and verify project data into project management systems.
- Reporting: Prepare project reports, status updates, and performance metrics.
- Communication: Manage internal and external communication related to projects, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
- IT Support: Offer basic technical support to project team members regarding hardware and software issues.
- General Support: Perform other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree
- At least 1-2 years of experience in administrative or office support roles.
- Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office Suite).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of project management principles is preferred.
