Responsibilities
- Develop project timelines and strategies based on data analysis.
- Manage hospitality-related projects while ensuring project milestones and deadlines are achieved.
- Coordinate project execution with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Understand and apply project management principles in day-to-day operations.
- Stay updated on local (city-based) social media trends, especially TikTok.
- Support the planning and execution of online/offline events, webinars, and activation programs.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with content creators and creator communities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in Communication or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; experience in Digital Marketing is a plus.
- Able to negotiate and manage content creators from sourcing to execution.
- Experience working in a startup, digital agency, or platform is preferred.
- Experience in event management, community activation, or campaign execution is an advantage.
- Experienced in planning, implementing, and evaluating campaign or community program performance.
- Digital savvy and up to date with the latest social media trends, especially TikTok.
- Strong communication, coordination, and time management skills.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a cross-functional team.
