Position: Project Management Intern

Department: Business Development

Type: Internship

Work Arrangement: Full WFO

Job Description:

Assist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring project development activities across cross-functional teams
Support project execution by tracking timelines, deliverables, and project documentation
Help conduct research, data analysis, and A/B testing to evaluate product features, user behavior, and business initiatives
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, identify project risks, and ensure smooth project implementation
Prepare project reports, presentations, and performance insights to support decision-making

Requirements:

Final-year student or fresh graduate in Finance, Management, International Business, Business Administration, or related fields
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
Familiarity with project management concepts and an interest in product or business development
Experience in conducting research, market analysis, or A/B testing projects is a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and presentation tools (PowerPoint/Google Slides/Canva)
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
