Job description for Project Management (Electrical & Panel System) at PT. PRIMA PANEL NUSANTARA
Responsible for managing electrical panel projects from handover to final acceptance, ensuring schedules, specifications, and customer requirements are met.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage project schedules based on customer requirements and internal capacity.
- Coordinate with Engineering, PPIC, Procurement, and Production to ensure project readiness.
- Monitor project progress, material availability, and production timelines.
- Handle technical document reviews, drawing approvals, and project coordination.
- Manage FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) with internal teams, customers, and vendors.
- Coordinate delivery, installation schedules, and technician deployment when required.
- Maintain effective communication with customers throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma (D3) in Electrical Engineering (Power Engineering).
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Able to communicate in English (written and spoken).
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Basic leadership skills are preferred.
