As we continue to grow, we are looking for a passionate and organized individual to join our team in Kebon Jeruk, Jakarta Barat, DKI Jakarta, Indonesia.
The Project Management Assistant will support the project management team in coordinating and executing various initiatives within the company. Key responsibilities include assisting with project planning, monitoring progress, maintaining communication between departments, preparing reports, and supporting the Director in administrative tasks. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. The ideal candidate will be proactive, adaptable, and committed to delivering high-quality results that align with the company's mission.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's Degree in any field and have between 1 and 3 years of relevant experience. Strong communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to act as a personal assistant to the Director. Proficiency in administrative tasks and a passion for the aromatherapy industry are highly valued.
