Job description for Project Landscape Architect at SHL Asia
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Landscape
- Minimum of 2 years of experience
- Experienced in handling multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong leadership qualities
- Good design sense within the Hospitality industry
- Strong communication skills with clients and able to present effectively to clients
- Proficient in English
- Problem solver
- Skilled in Lumion, D5, SketchUp, CAD, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, and Microsoft Office
Responsibilities:
- Participate in project planning and design, including initial sketches, conceptual design development, and creation of detailed and clear construction drawings
- Interact with clients to understand their needs and expectations and provide clear project updates
- Coordinate with QS (Quantity Surveyor) and provide suggestions regarding the client's budget expectations set at the beginning of the project
- Prepare design presentations for clients
- Oversee construction project execution to ensure the design and specifications are properly followed
- Manage and supervise landscape projects from start to finish, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet client expectations
