Job description for Project Finance Manager at PT KARIAN WATER SERVICES
PT KARIAN WATER SERVICES (KWS) is an Indonesian joint venture with Korea Water Resources Corporation (K-Water) from South Korea and PT Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk. from Indonesia as its shareholders. PT KWS is implementing the development of Karian-Serpong Regional Water Supply System PPP Project, which is planned to provide bulk water to DKI Jakarta, Tangerang City, and South Tangerang City with raw water from Karian Dam. To support the acceleration of the expansion area of water supply as one of the targets of the National Strategic Project (PSN). To achieve this goal, PT KWS requires 1(one) Finance Manager.
DUTIES:
Develop financial strategies aligned with company goals.
Develop financing model comply to Government Contracting Agency (GCA/PJPK) & lenders requirements.
Prepare annual budgets and long-term financial forecasts.
Oversee preparation of financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).
Manage working capital efficiently (receivables, payables, inventory).
Analyze budget variances and recommend corrective actions.
Ensure tax compliance (VAT, income tax, etc.).
Coordination with lenders & Financial Advisor Consultants.
REQUIREMENTS:
Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or an MBA with a finance concentration.
Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting.
At least 1–2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles
Understanding of tax laws, corporate finance regulations, and compliance standards.
Strong Capability in Financial Modelling with MDB (Multilateral Development Bank) lenders in PPP Project
Understand Moderate Macro VBA Excel
Fluent in English (spoken and written).
