We currently hold the authorized distributor status for Legrand Data Center Infrastructure and Sunbird Data Center Infrastructure Management Software. Data center infrastructure we supply such as: rack, containment, PDU (power distribution unit), KVM (keyboard video monitor), EMS (environmental monitoring system), electric power distribution (low voltage electric panel, busbar), etc. With the massive development of data centers in Indonesia, we are focused on taking part and providing the best data center solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, System Information, or relevant major with a minimum GPA of 3.00, or
- Associate degree (D3) in Electrical/Mechanical/IT-related major with a minimum GPA of 3.50.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; 1 year of experience in Mechanical Electrical (MEP), Data Center infrastructure, or IT infrastructure projects is an advantage.
- Basic scripting or programming knowledge is a plus (Python, PowerShell, JavaScript, VRO).
- Familiarity with Data Center construction/infrastructure, MEP systems, or network and IT topology design.
- Knowledge of Data Center Infrastructure Management (DCIM) tools or AutoCAD/drafting software is a plus.
- Good understanding of network infrastructure, protocols (SNMP, Modbus TCP/IP, Modbus RTU), or electrical power systems.
- Strong logical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel for work/site deployments.
- Logical and analytical skills in planning designs system topology
- Ability to understand business processes, business problems, excellent problem-solving, and analytical skills
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of Data Center infrastructure and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems in compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
- Install, configure, test, maintain, and troubleshoot DCIM (Data Center Infrastructure Management) software and related system integrations.
- Utilize AutoCAD (2D/3D) to draft, review, and update Data Center layout designs, single-line diagrams, and technical section drawings.
- Apply hands-on technical expertise to diagnose and resolve electrical power, cabling, and infrastructure issues to ensure operational continuity.
- Perform quality control (QC) testing on electrical power systems, cable installations, lighting systems, and point cable terminations.
- Collaborate with the sales team and HQ engineers to understand client requirements, design technical solutions, and prepare comprehensive project design proposals.
- Coordinate with internal deployment teams and contractors to ensure project deliveries align with specifications, schedules, and quality expectations.
- Provide timely technical support, product debugging, and issue resolution for customer inquiries.
- Maintain comprehensive technical documentation, project records, and product roadmap updates to support compliance and continuity.
