Arbeit Group is Hiring: Project Engineer (Fiber Optic) – Jabodetabek
We are looking for an experienced Project Engineer to support Fiber Optic network projects across the Jabodetabek area.
📍 Location: Jabodetabek
📋 Employment Type: Project-Based / Contract
Requirements:
✅ Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or related field
✅ Experience handling Fiber Optic (FO) projects
✅ Familiar with FO deployment, installation, testing, and commissioning
✅ Able to coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and clients
✅ Strong project coordination and reporting skills
✅ Willing to travel across Jabodetabek area
✅ Experience in Telecommunication companies (e.g. Ericsson, Huawei, Nokia, ZTE, Fiberstar, etc.) is a plus
Responsibilities:
🔹 Manage and monitor Fiber Optic project implementation
🔹 Ensure project completion within timeline and quality standards
🔹 Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and clients
🔹 Prepare project documentation and reports
🔹 Conduct site visits and project progress monitoring
