About the role
We are looking for a Fresh Graduate – Civil Engineering to join our Project Team and gain hands-on experience in project execution, construction, and site coordination in a dynamic shipyard and project environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Support project planning, execution and monitoring
- Assist with civil and construction works at site
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors and internal teams
- Monitor project progress, quality and documentation
- Prepare reports and project-related documentation
About you:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Willing to be based in Tanjung Balai Karimun
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills
- Willing to work in a shipyard and site environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; AutoCAD is a plus
