Job description for Project Coordinator at PT DISTRIBUTOR KOMPONEN UTAMA
- Education: Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Administrator, Project Coordinator, Project Admin, or Operations Administrator, preferably in the Oil & Gas, EPC, Petrochemical, Refinery, LNG, or Industrial sector.
- Project Documentation: Proven experience in preparing project reports, meeting minutes, and professional email correspondence with clients and international stakeholders. Familiarity with Purchase Orders (PO), project documentation, and progress reporting is preferred.
- Microsoft Excel: Advanced proficiency in VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, conditional formatting, project tracking, Gantt Charts, and KPI dashboards.
- Project Management Tools: Proficient in Microsoft Project, Google Workspace, and project management platforms such as Asana or Trello.
- Language: Good command of written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and international stakeholders.
- Key Competencies: Strong organizational and documentation skills, with the ability to coordinate schedules, meetings, and multiple project activities simultaneously.
- Personal Attributes: Detail-oriented, proactive, excellent communication skills, able to work independently and collaboratively, multitask effectively, and perform well under tight deadlines.
