Positions : Project Coordinator

Location : Kuningan, South Jakarta
Job Descriptions:
- Collaborate with and assist project managers in project planning, review and ensure project charters and documents during the project cycle are in accordance with methods, procedures, policies, best practices and templates, including acting as a facilitator in project kickoff and closing
- Collaborate with the project manager to define, manage, control and validate the scope, requirements and WBS of the project until finalization to match the business case
- Assist the project manager and centralization in monitoring the ongoing project schedule
- Monitor and control the cost usage of the entire project based on reports from the project manager
- Monitor and control the quality of the project, potential improvement work and administrative
- Planning, using, estimating and managing shared resources
- Help define and prepare the data needed for procurement
- Develop and manage project management methods, best practices, standards and templates
Job Requirements:
- Min. D3
- Preferably have a project management training certificate
- Minimum 2 years working experience in the same field
- Experience in projects with agile methods can be a plus
- Ability to use office applications such as Microsoft Office, Google Apps, and so on
- Able to speak English both oral and written
- Able to use project management applications
- Understand Task Management & Presentation
