Job description for Project Coordinator at PT Sinergy Informasi Pratama

Qualification:

Preferably 1 year of experience in Project Management.
Fast learner.
Able to work independently or in a team.
Good interpersonal, Analyz and communication skills (verbal and written).
Time management and effective prioritization.
Willing to work under pressure or overtime.
Willing to travel as needed.
Knowledge of project management tools is a plus.

Job Description:

Arrange schedules, resources, equipment and information for each project handled.
Liaise with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives.
Collaborate with Project Managers to monitor work progress.
Ensure that client needs are met while the project is running.
Regularly create comprehensive documentation and reports.
Track, distribute and monitor project documents (Report, BAST, etc.).
Determine the schedule and timeline for project activities.
Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management.
Analyze risks and opportunities.
Oversee project management.
Monitor project progress and handle any problems which may arise.
