Project Coordinator

Job Description

1. Develop project planning including timeline, manpower, tools, and budget allocation
2. Manage and ensure project execution meets timeline, cost, and quality targets
3. Monitor project progress and ensure optimal performance throughout all phases
4. Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth operations
5. Prepare regular reports, conduct evaluations, and provide solutions to project issues
6. Support tender documentation and overall project administration
7. Identify potential risks and implement effective mitigation strategies
8. Ensure compliance with company standards, procedures, and client requirements

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field
2. Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Mining, or other heavy industries.
3. Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools
5. Fluent in English (both written and spoken) is preferred
6. Good understanding of HSE standards and proven ability to manage project teams on-site.
7. Willing to work on-site / field projects
