About Sukhakala

Sukhakala is a rapidly expanding photobooth brand that blends creativity with technology to deliver unique experiences. We are looking for a Project Coordinator to ensure seamless coordination between departments, manage logistics, and oversee the execution of booth placements and operational needs.

Job Responsibilities

  • Cross-Department Coordination & Execution
  • Work closely with Tech, Marketing, Operations, and Finance teams to understand their project needs.
  • Follow up with each division to ensure their requirements are met and their responsibilities are executed within deadlines.
  • Identify and resolve issues that could delay project completion.
  • Logistics & Warehouse Management
  • Oversee logistics operations, ensuring smooth distribution of materials and equipment.
  • Monitor and manage warehouse inventory, ensuring sufficient stock levels.
  • Track and maintain records of equipment and supplies for efficient use.
  • Procurement & Supply Chain Management
  • Identify, purchase, and track materials and services needed for each department.
  • Ensure timely procurement of booth-related supplies, decorations, and operational tools.
  • Booth Placement & Setup
  • Plan and coordinate new booth placements across different locations.
  • Track and manage the specific needs for each booth, ensuring all required materials are available on time.
  • Work with the team to set up and maintain thematic booth concepts.
  • Project Monitoring & Deadline Management
  • Track project progress and ensure all milestones and deadlines are met.
  • Hold teams accountable for their deliverables and provide necessary support.
  • Proactively identify risks and implement solutions to keep projects on track.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields preferred).
  • Strong logistics, procurement, and warehouse management skills.
  • Excellent project management, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to ensure smooth interdepartmental coordination.
  • Experience in supply chain management, inventory control, and vendor relations is a plus.
  • Familiarity with photobooth operations or event-related businesses is an advantage.
