Job description for PROJECT COORDINATOR at PT. PRIME HARMONY TRUST
Qualifications:
- Male
- Minimum S1 in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management
- Minimum 5–10 years of experience in construction; successfully managed at least 2 full-cycle projects
- Age between 30–45 years old
- Extensive experience in multi-project coordination and management
- Proficient in scheduling and controlling construction timelines
- Deep understanding of Indonesian building regulations, including AMDAL/UKL-UPL and PBG licensing flows
- Strong communication and networking skills with local government authorities
- Experienced in budgeting and cost control
- Fluent in English
- Strong leadership and cross-functional team management skills
- SKA/SKT certification is a major plus
- Willing to work full-time with multi-site rotation (Gresik-Surabaya)
