Job description for PROJECT COORDINATOR at PT Tradecorp Indonesia
JOB DESCRIPTIONS :
- Development and implement safety program standard for all employees within to reduce potential accidents and injury occurred.
- Lead and manage all production activity safety related function and activities across the company including developing safety policies and procedures, leading all safety related committees, and coordinating safety activity with all projects and department.
- Responsible for budgetary and strategic oversight for company-wide safety activities and directly supervises all safety personnel within the company.
- Ensure the HSE system & corporate strategy is made and implemented properly through strategy planning, control, evaluation, and action on the implementation of all safety activities in project.
- Analyze production cost and ensure all product are in line with company standard and customer require.
- Create and analyze flowchart for all project that are being worked on and can ensure the time needed.
- Ensure product repair cost appropriately and can monitoring material usage accordingly.
- Able to work with the team.
- Reporting daily, weekly, and monthly activities all team.
- Develop detail project plan & monitoring progress.
- Seek opportunities for improvement and can suggest new project.
- Identify and manage any issue/risk of the project.
- Communicate intensively with clients to ensuring an effective working relation.
REQUIREMENTS :
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Degree in Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Electrical), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Tool & Die/Welding) or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Must be Excellent In English (Spoken & Written)
- At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): Risk Management, Team & Resource Management, Problem Solving, Good Communication Skill
- Expert in modification container, Dry container, Porta camp and Reefer container
- Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
- Familiar with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, And ISO 45001:2018
- Candidate must have a thorough understanding of health and safety regulation process and be responsible for determining the application of and compliance with all applicable federal, state and local laws regulation.
- Good Interpersonal skill, Good Commitment, Honest, and able work as team.
- Strong time management and Leadership skill.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Has analytical and strategic mindset.
- Placement in Cakung, Jakarta.
