Intern Project Coordinator

Tentang Kami

PT Parama Kreatif Sukses adalah creative agency di BSD dengan dua unit bisnis. Studio Parama menangani yearbook, dokumentasi sekolah, dan kebutuhan sekolah lainnya, dengan puluhan klien sekolah aktif. Studio Ragami menangani foto produk, video reels, social media management, dan branding untuk UMKM dan brand.

Tentang Peran Ini

Kamu akan jadi penghubung antara klien dan tim internal. Tugas utamanya memastikan setiap project jalan sesuai timeline, brief dari klien sampai ke tim dengan jelas, dan tidak ada follow-up yang terlewat. Cocok buat kamu yang suka ngatur, rapi, dan enak diajak komunikasi.

Tanggung Jawab

Jadi kontak harian klien: terima brief, revisi, dan pertanyaan, lalu teruskan ke tim terkait
Buat dan update timeline serta tracker progres project
Ingatkan deadline ke tim produksi dan klien (approval desain, kirim materi, jadwal foto/shooting)
Atur jadwal sesi foto, shooting, dan meeting dengan sekolah maupun brand
Catat notulen meeting dan rangkum action item ke grup project
Rapikan dokumen project: brief, folder file, form cetak, surat jalan
Buat laporan progres mingguan ke atasan

Kualifikasi

Mahasiswa tingkat akhir atau fresh graduate (semua jurusan, diutamakan Komunikasi, Manajemen, Administrasi Bisnis, atau DKV)
Komunikatif, sopan, dan responsif di WhatsApp maupun tatap muka
Teliti, terorganisir, dan terbiasa pegang beberapa tugas sekaligus
Familiar dengan Google Workspace (Sheets, Drive, Docs)
Bersedia WFO di BSD dan sesekali kunjungan ke sekolah atau klien
Nilai plus: punya pengalaman organisasi, kepanitiaan event, atau minat di industri kreatif
