Job Description:
- Assist in planning and executing events (corporate events, exhibitions, conferences, brand activations).
- Support project timelines, event rundowns, and operational checklists.
- Coordinate with clients and vendors to ensure smooth event preparation and execution.
- Provide on-site support during event setup and live event days.
- Assist with documentation and post-event reporting.
Job Requirements:
- Final-year student or fresh graduate in Event Management, MICE, Tourism, Hospitality, Communication, or related field.
- Strong interest in the event industry.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and flexible hours during events.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
- English proficiency is a plus.
