We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver strategic projects on time and to the desired quality standards. This role is critical in ensuring the successful planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of projects across cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines.
- Develop detailed project plans and resource allocation.
- Lead cross-functional project teams and coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure project documentation is complete, current, and properly stored.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and key milestones.
- Conduct post-project evaluations and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in project management or similar roles.
- Proven experience managing projects from initiation to completion.
- Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Nice-to-Have: PMP, PRINCE2, or other project management certifications.
