Job description for Project Controller at Ryska Professional Services
- Min. 5 years experience in Project Management role
- Proven experience in project, with related scope of business process development, application development, implementation or rollout
- Having experience in IT Project
- Understand and experienced in CRM implementation project will be an advantage
- Good communication, negotiation skill and Analytical thinking.
- Good stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in English, both oral and written is essential.
- Have understanding about project flow and IT System
- Coordinating project team in order to fulfill project scoope, objectives, schedule & target.
- Monitor and ensure all the activities & process according to approved plan
- Providing analysis & report related to work result from the perspective of output quality & time accuracy
- Communicate information (output maupun input) related to Project management to project teams and stakeholders.
- Ensuring key weekly milestones are achieved and preparing weekly project updates reports to Project Manager or Associate Lead
- Identified project obstacles and encalate according to approved procedure/mehcanism.
- Find & determine the best solution along with project teams for any issues/obstacles.
- Lead or participate in internal improvement initiation
- Pro-actively identify, resolve issues and conflicts within the project team
- Continuous Improvement related to Communication and Reporting activities
