Job description for Project Control EPC Mining at PT Mintex Teknik Dan Peralatan Mesin
PT Mintex Teknik dan Peralatan Mesin is an EPC contractor focusing on mineral processing plant engineering, procurement, and construction. As part of our project expansion, we are looking for an experienced Project Control professional to strengthen our project delivery team.
Site Location: Afrika
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain project schedules (baseline, recovery, and updates) using Primavera P6 / MS Project
- Monitor project progress, identify deviations, and propose corrective actions
- Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports (schedule, cost, manpower, and productivity)
- Perform cost control, budget tracking, and forecast analysis
- Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Site teams
- Support EVM (Earned Value Management) analysis
- Assist in change management, variation analysis, and claims support
Ensure project data accuracy and documentation compliance
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Engineering (Civil / Mechanical / Industrial / related field)
- Minimum 3–5 years experience in Project Control for EPC projects
- Strong knowledge of planning, scheduling, and cost control
- Proficient in Primavera P6 and/or MS Project
- Familiar with EPC contract structure and project lifecycle
- Strong analytical, reporting, and coordination skills
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight project deadlines
- Willing to be based in South Jakarta, project site, or overseas as required
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in mining, plant, or industrial EPC projects
- Understanding of FIDIC / EPC lump sum contracts
- Advanced Excel and reporting dashboard skills
- Good communication skills in English (written & verbal)
