Job description
What You’ll Be Doing
- Create a system to ensure timely execution of all project deliverables
- Document and monitor all progress and metrics related to the ongoing project(s)
- Develop and maintain effective chain of communication with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success
What We Are Looking For Someone who
- Has 1-3 years experience in managing projects or events from conception to evaluation, whether professionally or through involvement in other organizations
- Possess good stakeholder management and able to effectively collaborate with other people, internally or externally
- Has basic working knowledge of data processing, analysis and visualization in order to create report on project progress (comfortable with using basic formulas in Ms Excel or Google Spreadsheets, knowledge on Data Studio is a plus)
- Is a problem-solver, with the ability to proactively and effectively troubleshoot and provide solutions when issues arise
- Can create a concise yet informative presentation to update all stakeholders involved on project progress
