Responsibilities:
- Maintain and manage relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and clear communication.
- Conduct initial meetings to understand client goals and project requirements.
- Coordinate and brief the internal production team based on client needs.
- Ensure all deliverables are aligned with timelines and brand objectives.
- Monitor campaign/service progress and provide updates or follow-ups as needed.
- Support reporting and post-campaign evaluations, including key insights and recommendations.
Requirements:
- Open to fresh graduates with relevant internship experiences
- 1–2 years of experience as a Project Assistant/Account Executive, or in project coordination (preferably in digital or creative agencies).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-driven.
- Familiar with digital marketing, content production, and social media trends.
Location: BSD, Tangerang
Full WFO (Mon–Fri, 10:00 – 17:00 WIB)
