Responsibilities
- Understands construction project requirements from drawing, BOQ, etc.
- Perform quantity estimation for material installations
- Prepare technical sketches and shop drawings
- Propose design solution for construction details, installation and material fabrication
- Contribute in technical writing and documentations
- Advise on technical and design consideration to other team members, clients, consultants and contractors
- Perform construction supervision in reparation, addition and alteration projects
- Conduct site visit and represent the company in site meetings
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (S1) Architecture
- A good drawing hand to do quick sketches
- Proficiency in CAD and SketchUp
- Good knowledge of building material and details
- Good design taste
- Good oral communication and presentation skill
- Able to work in a team
- Self starter, proactive
- Good physical and mental health, skillful and agile
- Has integrity, trainable and willing to work within the requested procedure
