Job description for Project Architect at ProBuilder Group
Requirements :
- Bachelor degree in Architecture with minimum GPA 3.00 (scale 4.00)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the same position or as Senior Architect
- Mandarin proficiency is a plus
- Proficient in architectural design software: AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and rendering tools (Lumion/V-Ray)
- Strong skills in planning, coordination, and project management
- Good understanding of construction standarts, cost estimation (RAB), building codes, and regulations
- Able to work effectively with teams and individuals from diverse backgrounds
- Willing to travel or be assigned based on company requirements
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop architectural design concepts based on client requirements
- Manage and coordinate fit-out projects from start to completion within budget
- Prepare and coordinate technical drawings (DED) and material specifications
- Responsible for design planning, development, and project execution
- Ensure projects meet technical specifications and quality standarts
- Manage project documentation, inculding drawings and design specifications
- Coordinate with subcontarctors to ensure quality and compliance
- Provide technical support and solutions for project teams and clients
