Job description for Project Architect at RN Contractors
Job Description
- Develop architectural concepts and design solutions based on project requirements and client objectives.
- Prepare architectural drawings from schematic design through design development and construction documentation stages.
- Produce and coordinate floor plans, elevations, sections, detailed drawings, and material specifications.
- Collaborate with structural, MEP, interior, and construction teams to ensure design feasibility and project coordination.
- Review and ensure all drawings comply with applicable standards, regulations, and project requirements.
- Prepare design presentations, 3D models, and renderings for client presentations and project approvals.
- Conduct site visits and provide architectural solutions throughout the construction process.
- Monitor the implementation of design intent during construction and coordinate necessary revisions.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables while maintaining high design and documentation standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
- Minimum 3–5 years of professional experience as an Architect.
- Proven experience in residential, commercial, hospitality, or mixed-use projects.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and rendering software such as Enscape, Lumion, D5 Render, or similar.
- Strong understanding of architectural design development, construction documentation, and detailing.
- Good knowledge of building materials, construction methods, and coordination with consultants.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Portfolio submission is required.

- Familiarity with local building regulations and permitting processes.
- Strong attention to detail and design quality.
