Job description for Project Architect Coordinator at PT. MUEM GROUP IND
MUEM GROUP IND is an architectural studio specializing in the design of high-quality luxury villas and boutique hotels. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Architect Coordinator to oversee project coordination between our internal architectural design team and external consultants. This role is responsible for ensuring seamless collaboration, particularly in the coordination, review, and integration of MEP and structural drawings throughout the design and documentation process.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate between the architectural, structural MEP, and drafting teams to ensure all drawings are properly aligned and coordinated for construction.
- Review and correct architectural drawings and renders based on design requirements and interior guidelines.
- Ensure construction drawings, structural drawings, and MEP drawings are coordinated accurately before project execution.
- Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and actively follow up with internal teams and consultants regarding deadlines.
- Organize and maintain structured project folders and documentation.
- Adapt existing villa or hotel projects to new site conditions and project requirements.
- Produce and update townhouse/villa layouts and architectural drawings.
- Prepare, revise, and manage drawings using Autodesk Revit.
- Coordinate closely with developers, consultants, site managers, contractors, and construction teams.
- Conduct occasional site visits (primarily Uluwatu area) to monitor project coordination and implementation.
- Support project management processes to ensure smooth communication and workflow between all parties involved in the project.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Currently based in the Uluwatu area or willing to relocate.
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Architecture.
- Minimum 4–6 years of professional experience in architectural practice.
- Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit and BIM workflow coordination is essential.
- Proven experience working on luxury villa and boutique hotel projects.
- Professional working proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
- Solid understanding of: structural drawings, MEP coordination, and construction documentation.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and project coordination skills.
