Job Qualifications & Responsibilities
• Male, maximum 35 years old
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Civil, Mechanical, Marine) or Project Management/Finance.
• Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience as a Project Analyst, Cost Controller, or Project Control Engineer within the Oil & Gas or Fabrication
• Direct background in EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) projects, Fabrication Yards, or Brownfield Shutdown/Turnaround Maintenance is strongly preferred
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Macros/VBA, Pivot Tables, complex formulas
• Location: Based at the Head Office - South Jakarta
Key Responsibilities
• Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
• Apply Earned Value Management (EVM) principles to evaluate performance metrics, specifically Schedule Performance Index (SPI) and Cost Performance Index (CPI)
• Ability to manage tight deadlines and perform under high-pressure project environments
• Evaluate site productivity metrics (e.g., man-hour efficiency, welder repair rates, and machinery downtime).
• Identify technical, commercial, and operational risks across fabrication yards and field sites.
• Prepare Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Progress Reports for key stakeholders, including management, joint venture partners, and regional energy regulators
• Perform variance analysis between actual expenditures, committed costs, and baseline budgets.
• Develop monthly Estimate at Completion (EAC) forecasts and operational cash flow projections
