Job description for Project Administrator at PT Megadaya Tangguh
PT Space Technology is currently looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Project Administrator to support project documentation, tender administration, and overall administrative coordination for EPC and power plant projects at our Head Office in Cikarang. This role requires excellent organizational skills, accuracy in document management, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to coordinate effectively with multiple departments to ensure project documentation is complete, compliant, and submitted on time.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any major
- Previous experience in project administration, tender administration, or document control is highly preferred
- Experienced in preparing and organizing tender submission documents, especially for Power Plant projects
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
- Strong administrative, documentation, and filing skills
- Detail-oriented and able to work accurately under tight deadlines
- Able to coordinate effectively with internal teams for document collection and completion
- Good communication and time management skills
- Familiarity with power plant project documentation is a strong advantage
- Available to join immediately
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare, compile, and organize tender submission documents based on tender requirements and qualification standards
- Ensure all administrative and supporting documents are complete and compliant for tender participation
- Coordinate with internal departments to collect required project and company documents
- Review document accuracy, formatting, and compliance before submission
- Maintain proper filing and record-keeping of tender and project documents
- Support project teams in administrative tasks and reporting
- Assist in updating company documents related to bidding, vendor qualification, and tender submissions
