Requirements:
- Female.
- Minimum Diploma (D3) degree from any major.
- English proficiency is preferred.
- At least 1 year of experience as a Project Administrator, preferably in the Telecommunications industry.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and data management.
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to work within deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ready to join immediately or within short notice.
- Able to work with multiple stakeholders and handle fast-paced project environments.
- Comfortable managing administrative processes such as PO, invoice tracking, and database updates.
- High attention to detail and strong accuracy in handling data.
Job Descriptions:
- Input, update, and maintain Project Order (PO) databases accurately and consistently.
- Ensure all PO data is properly tracked from initiation to completion (project closing).
- Monitor PO status, including tracking progress, approvals, and project fulfillment.
- Manage invoice administration processes, including document verification, data validation, and coordination with relevant teams.
- Update invoice and payment status while ensuring all processes are completed within agreed timelines.
- Manage the end-to-end administrative flow: PO → Invoice → Payment → Partner Sharing/Settlement in accordance with telecom project workflows.
- Validate and check document completeness before proceeding to the next process stage.
- Coordinate with internal teams (project, finance, operations) and external partners/vendors regarding project and payment status.
- Prepare reports and data summaries using Excel (data extraction, reconciliation, and cross-sheet data comparison).
- Maintain accuracy, consistency, and integrity of project database systems.
