Job description for Project Administrastion Internship - Only for Active Students at PT Anabatic Technologies, Tbk
Job Description:
Create and manage all necessary documents and administration (project reports, BAST, reconciliation of supporting attachments with invoices, recap of operational cost usage, and several other additional administrations as needed), as well as coordinating with vendors or related users to input payment requests, invoices, advances, settlements or reimbursements into the system.
Job Requirements:
- Should be currently enrolling in Bachelor's Degree with major in Finance, Management, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- Willing to work full time for 6 months period internship
- Must be able to provide Surat Keterangan Magang from University
- Able to operate Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Detail oriented and proficient to handle repetitive (administrative) task
- Consistent, organized, disciplined, and diligent
- Proficient in communication, coordination and time management skills
- Willing to be placed at PT Karyaputra Suryagemilang (member of Anabatic Holding), which is located in Ruko Bidex Tangerang
