Job description for Progress Advisor at English 1 (Eduka Group)
Description:
- You will be responsible for retaining customers by reselling English 1 courses and generating referrals through long-term customer relationships. This includes timely communication of students’ progress, addressing questions or concerns, and ensuring that customer needs are met.
- Build trusting relationships with students and their parents.
- Resell core courses to existing customers.
- Communicate with customers daily to address their concerns and questions.
- Generate referrals.
- Provide customers with regular updates on students’ progress and homework discussed in class.
- Consistently keep customers informed about all relevant updates and changes.
- Organize face-to-face meetings with parents, following recommended guidelines.
- Document all necessary group, student, and parent management activities using the CRM system.
- Observe lessons to better understand students’ achievements and share these insights with their parents.
Requirements:
- Service mindset: treat every customer as you’d like to be treated.
- Sales skills: deliver effective sales presentations and close deals.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Good English proficiency (minimum B1, spoken and written).
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Ability to work on weekends.
