Progress Advisor

Support student success by guiding parents with clear communication, proactive care, and trusted progress updates.

What You Will Do :

* Deliver timely, clear updates on student progress to parents

* Build long-term, trust-based relationships with students & families

* Address concerns proactively and resolve learning or scheduling issues

* Drive course renewals & referrals through personalized support

* Monitor progress data and flag early signs of disengagement

What You Bring :

* Excellent communication & relationship-building skills

* Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail

* A caring, proactive mindset with strong teamwork skills
