What You'll Do:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with parents to support long-term student engagement
• Proactively monitor student progress and drive program renewals
• Identify and address churn risks before they escalate
• Manage parent inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism
• Track communication and renewal data through CRM or internal systems
What We're Looking For:
• Bachelor's degree from any major
• 1–3 years of experience in customer success, account management, retention, or sales
• Comfortable managing 50–200 active clients simultaneously
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship management skills
• Organized, data-driven, and proactive
