About the Role:
Eduwork.id is looking for a dynamic Programming Content Creator who can serve as the face of our mentor team to engage, educate, and inspire our audience. In this role, you’ll play a key part in promoting Eduwork.id’s programs by creating compelling content, simplifying programming concepts, and building connections with our audience. If you’re passionate about tech education and love creating content that resonates, this is your chance to shine!
Key Responsibilities:
Representing Eduwork.id Mentors
Act as a spokesperson for our mentor team, sharing their expertise through engaging content.
Build trust with the audience by showcasing your personality and knowledge as a credible representative of Eduwork.id.
2. Content Creation and Promotion
Develop and deliver creative, high-quality content (videos, tutorials, live sessions, social media posts) that promotes Eduwork.id’s programming courses and products.
Showcase the value of Eduwork.id’s programs in a relatable and authentic manner.
Create promotional materials that align with campaigns to drive course enrollments.
3. Audience Engagement
Interact with the audience on social media, answering questions, hosting Q&A sessions, and sharing insights to create an engaging learning community.
Participate in live events, webinars, or other interactive formats to promote Eduwork.id’s products and connect with potential learners.
4. Product Familiarity
Gain in-depth knowledge of Eduwork.id’s courses, tools, and learning materials to effectively communicate their benefits.
Collaborate with the mentor team to highlight key features and unique selling points of our programs.
5. Content Strategy and Feedback
Work with the marketing team to align content strategies with company goals and campaigns.
Analyze audience feedback and performance metrics to continuously refine your approach.
Qualifications:
1. Technical Expertise:
Strong understanding of programming concepts and at least one programming language (e.g., Laravel, Python, JavaScript, etc.).
Ability to explain complex topics in a simple, engaging way.
2. Presentation Skills:
Confident and charismatic on camera, with excellent communication skills.
Prior experience creating video content or appearing in front of an audience is a plus.
3. Marketing Mindset:
Familiarity with social media platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram) and content trends.
Understanding of Eduwork.id’s target audience (18–35 years old in Indonesia) and how to connect with them.
4. Personal Traits:
Enthusiastic about teaching and promoting tech education.
Creative, adaptable, and able to work independently while meeting deadlines.
